Peach heaven

What did you eat this year that you will never forget? What went into your mouth & touched your soul?

Oh my gosh, I have had so much good food over the past year! With that being said, the thing that just had me dreaming for more, even days later, was a yummy dessert that our friend David Sax made for us at a little BBQ over the summer. After a nice helping of veggie sausages and chips, David pulled out some grilled peaches, covered in honey and yummy spices. Then he added a scoop of French Vanilla ice cream right over the top. The peach was so warm and delicious and the refreshing cool taste of the vanilla just made it heaven in a bowl. I am still waiting for seconds!
